We guarantee the stainless steel body of every product for its lifetime against manufacturing defects such as leaks, cracks, separation of a triply base or rust-through under normal household use.

What isn't covered
- Scratches, discolouration, rainbow or white marks from normal use (these don't affect safety).
- Damage from dropping, overheating an empty vessel, or using it on unsuitable heat sources.
- Commercial use, unless bought under a corporate agreement that says otherwise.
How to claim
Contact us with your order number (or invoice) and photos of the issue. If the claim is approved we'll repair or replace the product, and cover shipping both ways.
